1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or older where required by local law, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable Use

3. Child Safety and Prohibited Content

CycleBuddy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). If we detect or receive reports of such content or behavior, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to appropriate authorities.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

If the Service includes paid plans, subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google and managed through your Google Play account. Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play billing and refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

CycleBuddy and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, except for user-generated content you lawfully provide.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose safety risks, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request account deletion by emailing from your registered email address. We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days, except where data retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleBuddy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
